As expected, Floor, Dirk & Ik (depicted here without Carice van Houten afficionado Floor) are ruling the dance ina 2010. Last Friday they put together the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) edition of their monthly party Fridays Off in the Winston in Amsterdam. Supergroup-to-be I <3 Science Fiction performed there for the first time in public and me, and a lot of others, were quite impressed with the songs and performance. They also got festival beasts/volleyball boys Baskerville to perform there and ma main hustla Assoe performed live with his bredda Jeroen as Just Regular Guys. I have to admit I missed that part of the night but all in all they’re very jofel.

Tonight they will be playing in Club Ciccionina in Delft, which is also opening it’s new cafe/lounge/bar, with self-designed-and-made furniture, where you can get an amazing three course dinner for only six lousy ukkeltjes, so for everybody in the area it’s definitely worth to try out some fancy mouth- and footwork

If you’re now thinking that Floor, Dirk & Ik are all that, you’re wrong. Just like yours truly, they were asked to do a little mix for Revert, but contrary to Gossé de Skater they just renamed their latest mix and called it ’95 till infinity’. Despite this vulgar breach of the unwritten codes of conduct for aspiring Tiesto’s, the mix is nice and has the Carice van Houten stamp of approval, and some Sean-eh-Paul, so check it out.
